Reservation Policies
• Two night mininimum weekend stay for summer season holiday weekends
• All rates subject to 7.75% NYS sales tax and 3% Essex County bed tax totalling 10.75%
• Maximum occupancy of 6 persons in large doubles and Junior Suite and 2 in single plus one child
• Each additional adult over 2 in a room $10.00 additional per night (children under 13 excepted)
• No Smoking
• Pet friendly-Additional $20 per pet per stay [Pets 50lbs or less]
• 1 night deposit to hold reservation, if paying by check it must be received 14 days prior to arrival date
• Deposits not refundable unless reservation is cancelled 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival date
• Check-in time is 2:00pm unless otherwise arranged
• Check-out time is 11:00am unless otherwise arranged
